A reputable Microfinance Bank (MFB) in Edo State is seeking to recruit a highly competent, innovative, and experienced professional to fill the positionA Reputable MFB of Head of Information & Communication Technology (ICT).
* Provide strategic leadership for the Bank's ICT Department.
* Manage and maintain the Bank's ICT infrastructure, networks, and core banking systems.
* Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Bank's information assets.
* Develop and implement ICT policies, cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
* Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and other applicable ICT, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.
* Manage ICT projects, vendors, and technology-related risks.
* Provide technical support and drive digital transformation initiatives across the Bank.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with at least **2 years in a managerial or supervisory role**.
* Strong knowledge of banking applications, network administration, cybersecurity, ICT governance, and regulatory compliance.
* Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO/IEC 27001, CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
* Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
